Hello! This time, I went to the ramen shop “Takeroku Kitchen” which is celebrating its first anniversary. I enjoyed the highly acclaimed shrimp tsukemen, so I’d like to share its charms with you.
Atmosphere inside the store
“Takeroku Kitchen” is a restaurant with a calm atmosphere in a wooden interior. The menu offers not only tsukemen and ramen, but also a wide variety of beers and snacks, making it perfect for when you want to have a light drink or just a meal. It is also recommended as a way to end a drinking party.
The appeal of shrimp tsukemen
Finally, the shrimp tsukemen arrives. The moment it is brought to the table, the rich aroma of shrimp fills the air, whetting your appetite.
The soup is rich yet mellow, and is packed with the delicious flavor of shrimp. It’s a must-try for shrimp lovers!
Unless otherwise specified, noodles are generally served cold, but if you like them served hot, tell the staff when ordering. You can
choose whether you want to enjoy the contrast between the hot soup and cold noodles, or enjoy the combination of the hot noodles and the soup, depending on your preference.
Dilute the soup to make it delicious until the very end!
The “soup wari” we ordered towards the end of our meal was also delicious.
The piping hot soup was poured in, and the rich shrimp soup was transformed into a light, completely new flavor.
It was light enough that even on a full stomach it was easy to drink, and we could enjoy the aftertaste even after the meal.
Conclusion
The shrimp tsukemen at “Takeroku Kitchen” is a bowl that combines the flavor of shrimp with ease of eating.
It’s a wonderful restaurant that makes you want to try various menu items and make you want to visit again. Please come and visit us!
