I had lunch at the Chinese restaurant Kōraku in Ogibashi, Koto Ward.

I have something to do near Ogibashi, Koto Ward.

It was around noon, so I went to Hongraku, a Chinese restaurant that I had been interested in for some time.

The atmosphere inside the store is very relaxing.

The shop seems to be run by a husband and wife.

It seems that the wife is in charge of the hall and the husband is in charge of the kitchen.

My wife is a very kind person, and I am grateful that she took care of me in many ways.

I heard that the gyoza is popular, and there was a sign in the store promoting the gyoza.

This time

  • Lunch mini fried rice & ramen
  • Gomoku soba

I ordered

Gyoza was brought first.

It has a nice, crispy browned texture and feels like it’s stuffed with stuff inside.

The green color of the ingredients is distinctive.

The inside looked like a paste of cabbage or chives.

Also, garlic works well too.

It seems to be mainly made of vegetables and feels healthy, but it also feels very juicy when you eat it.

It’s also very filling.

It was both healthy and juicy, and when I tried to explain it, it felt strange.

mini fried rice

Fried rice has arrived.

Simple is the best fried rice.

Even though it’s called mini, it’s enough to eat with ramen.

I’ll have fried rice

The moment I ate it, I thought, “It’s delicious!”

It’s as simple as it looks, but it’s a very delicious fried rice that is simple.

However, it feels like a sophisticated and purely delicious fried rice that is simple but without any tricks.

I couldn’t stop eating astragalus, wondering why it was so delicious even though it was simple.

ramen

Ramen has arrived.

This also looks simple.

I’m so happy that there are a little more menma.

That was my impression, but when I took a bite, I was like, “It’s delicious!!”

It’s soy sauce ramen, but it’s not just soy sauce.

It had a very deep flavor, probably because of the dashi stock or the use of a rare soy sauce.

Like the fried rice, I thought this was a very simple soy sauce ramen.

Gomoku soba

Gomoku soba has arrived.

When ordering, I was asked whether I wanted salt or soy sauce flavor, and this time I chose soy sauce flavor.

Kamaboko and naruto are neatly arranged around eggs.

There are also various other ingredients such as wood ear mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms.

I used soy sauce flavor, but it was a different soy sauce than the previous ramen, and it felt a little more salty.

This soup has just the right amount of seasoning and goes well with the various ingredients.

I had been interested in Koraku for a while and thought it was just an ordinary Chinese restaurant.

When I actually went there, it was much more delicious than I expected.

I would definitely like to come back and try other menu items.
