I had some errands to do this afternoon and passed through the Monzen-nakacho area, so I had been curious about it for a while.
I went to Shina Soba Harukou.
When I entered, I was greeted by a friendly staff member.
I went on a Saturday around 1pm, and luckily there seemed to be plenty of seats available at that time.
I was able to sit at the counter right away.
In addition to the Chinese soba menu, we also have a variety of snacks!
It sounds like it would be good to have a quick drink with a snack and then finish it off with some Chinese soba noodles!
There is also an extensive drink menu.
I think it’s rare for a Chinese soba restaurant to have this much variety.
The gyoza looks delicious too!
However, I gave up this time due to my empty stomach.
I would definitely like to try it next time.
This time, I chose Chinese soba soy sauce flavored with a soft-boiled egg topping.
The grilled pork is topped with bean sprouts and seaweed is also added.
It looked like a bean sprout was resting on a bed of grilled pork covered with a futon of seaweed.
From the presentation, I felt that something was staged.
When I tried it, the first bite gave me the impression of a light soy sauce.
However, as I continued to eat, I guess the fat in the soup started to get used to it.
It gradually started to feel like a rich fat soy sauce.
The first bite and the last time you taste the soup taste completely different.
I had a very strange feeling, as if the taste was changing automatically as I ate it.
The soft-boiled egg was also very soft and delicious.
The location of Shina Soba Harukou is here.
