I went to the Shinshu Nagano product fair held at Kinshicho Marui! There was a wide selection of Nagano flavors, including Shinshu miso, oyaki, and sanzoku-yaki snacks. I especially bought my favorite green onion miso, and was so impressed by how delicious it was that I couldn’t stop eating it! The ham cutlet is crispy and juicy, perfect with beer. The yakitori is perfectly matched with the special spicy sauce. The chicken rice at the end is a masterpiece soaked in chicken broth.
