I went to the pre-opening of “Tachigui Juwari Soba Suzushiro,” a stand-up 100% buckwheat soba restaurant in Miyoshi, Koto Ward. The authentic oyster-filled soba was better than I expected.

We visited “Standing Soba 100% Soba Seihaku,” which opened in Miyoshi, Koto Ward in December 2025. We reviewed the 100% soba noodles with plenty of oyster tempura, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and points to note.
