錦糸町とんかつぴんが閉店するので、最後に行ってみました

[Closed] Kinshicho Tonkatsupin was closed, so I went there for the last time.

I heard that the pork cutlet restaurant “Pin” in Termina, Kinshicho, was going to close, so I went there just before it closed.

I stumbled into this store by chance when I went to Kinshicho last month.

At that moment, I was thinking, “That was delicious! I want to go again!”

I was surprised to see the news of the closure.

I happened to have some business to go to Kinshicho, so I decided to go there again for the last time.

I’m glad I was able to come again.

A sign at the entrance announcing the closure

There was a sign near the entrance announcing the closure.

It’s really closing down. . .

Wajima sea salt on the table

Wajima sea salt is a seasoning that can be used freely at the table.

This salt was also delicious, and when I ate it, I felt like it was an elegant salt.

When you order cutlet, the sesame and sesame paste come first.

You can just pour the sauce over the cutlet, but

You can also mix the sauce with the sesame seeds that have been ground in a pin and then pour that over it.

The sesame flavor mixes with the tonkatsu sauce, a sensation you don’t often find.

You can use the sauce as is, or you can try adding ground sesame seeds for a different taste!

Thick-sliced loin cutlet set meal

Last time I ate a regular loin cutlet set meal,

I wanted to try thick-sliced meat next time, so this time I decided to try the thick-sliced loin and set meal!

Last time, I couldn’t stop eating rice and cabbage, so this time I made a large serving of both!

At Pin, we use Yamato pork.

When you eat it, the gravy is sweet and the meat is soft, perfect for tonkatsu!

It goes perfectly with the ground sesame sauce I mentioned earlier, and it was fun to try different flavors!

I was able to finish the large portion of rice in no time, and I was able to get a second helping.

As of March 2023, it seems that there are no other Tonkatsupin stores.

I would be happy if it would be revived somewhere.
